6/lb. Trays Recommended Cooking Instructions from THAW: Thaw overnight in a refrigerated area (34-40 degrees) 24-36 hours. Once thawed, place in a 350-degree oven with film/lid left on for 30- 35 minutes. Then remove film/lid, and place back in oven for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top and a temperature of 165 degrees.

6/lb. Trays Cooking from Frozen: Bake with film/lid on at 350-degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove film/lid and bake uncovered another 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top and internal temperature of 165-degrees.
