I can’t find a product on your online store.
The store’s search bar is a powerful tool to find the perfect product for you. If you want to search our entire array of products, please select “All Products” on the left-hand menu bar before conducting your search.
If there is a particular category of product you want to search under, select that category on the left-hand menu and type your search query.For any further assistance, please call into our main number and explain your problem
Can anyone order your products?
Soft Stuff Distributors is a business-to-business company. Because we do not compete with any of our business customers, we do not offer our products to individuals.
If I order today, what day can I expect my delivery?
Soft Stuff Distributors offers fast, next day service* to businesses in the greater Washington-Baltimore-Northern Virginia area.
We also work with courier companies and offer pickup options for businesses who need it the same day.
My business is not located within your delivery area, can I still purchase some of your products?
Soft Stuff offers flexible shipping options for delivery outside of Maryland and Virginia. Fill out the contact us form with your inquiry and someone will get in touch with you to discuss FedEx shipping options.
