Our 99.2% Quality Assurance rating from Avendra and Perfect Score for Avendra Quality Assurance "Meet the Truck"​ means we do everything within our power to exceed your expectations. But there are rare times when an order can experience quality issues and we want to remedy those occurrences. The conditions for return and credit include:

Product in question must be returned for quality inspection before credit is issued

Any returned product must be returned in original packaging and with original pink sticker  

Product claims must be made within 72 hours of time of delivery

Credits cannot be issued for product that has been depleted by more than 40%

If credit is not issued, product will be returned to customer

For non-quality issues, we reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee
