Apple Sage Sausage
Our sausages are the perfect evolution to our basic recipe made from wheat flour, safflower oil, water and spices. We begin by making a grind from long loaves of grain meat. We then mix the grind into a dough with fresh vegetables, wine or vinegar, herbs and spices like fennel seed, red pepper, fresh garlic, sage, ginger and pepper. We stuff the dough into links and steam them to perfection in our ovens to make an artisan vegan sausage with sizzle, texture and personality
