Ingredients: Almond cream 35.5% [sugar, water, butter, eggs, wheat flour, almond powder 6.3%, modified potatoes starch (E1414), cream powder, dextrose, natural vanilla flavour, baking powders (diphosphates di sodic (E450i), acid carbonate of sodium (E500 ii))), thickener (alginate of sodium (E401)), natural aroma of vanilla bourbon, salt, natural colouring agent (E 160a iv))]; Syrup pear 32.7% [pear, water, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid]; Shortbread pastry 28.6% [wheat flour, butter, sugar, almond powder 8.9%, wheat fiber, natural vanilla flavoring, baking powder (E450i,E500(ii))]; topping syrup 1.8% [Water, sugar, glucose syrup, sugar, gelling agents: E440ii, E407, E415, acidifier: citric acid].
