THIS OLD FASHIONED MARBLE RYE IS MADE WITH CARAWAY SEEDS! Made with freshly milled GMO free flour, this is a clean label marble rye made without the use of preservatives, conditioners or stabilizers. A truly artisan bread created through the use of long fermentation process that yields a superior crust, crumb and flavor, currently unmatched in the frozen bread world. Rye flour has a lower gluten content than wheat flour and contains a higher proportion of soluble fiber. Our Jewish Marble Rye is made the old fashioned way with a amazing crust and a distinctive swirl.
