Soft Stuff Distributors Reflects On Their Work With Perdue Farms And Somebody Cares Baltimore

Working with local groups, Soft Stuff Distributors helped donate and deliver over 700 meals to local families

Soft Stuff Distributors recently recalled their work with Perdue Farms and Maryland-based Somebody Cares Baltimore while reflecting on their community work over the past few months. With COVID-19 hitting families hard, finding resources for proper nutrition and meals has gotten even harder. It is exactly for that reason that the three companies chose to work together on helping families with massive food deliveries to those in need.

Somebody Cares Baltimore, which has been helping families and the community since 2009 when it was founded, partnered with Soft Stuff Distributors to help mobilize their efforts with bringing food to families in need by utilizing Soft Stuff’s capable workforce. With a potent combination, the two decided to work with Perdue Farms to help provide more than just basic food for those in need.

Partnered with both Perdue farms and Somebody Cares Baltimore, the team organized their delivery routes and methods, setting up locations at a church and a mosque. Delivering over 780 boxes of Cornish Game Hens, the team managed to feed hundreds of families in need. This is the kind of work that Soft Stuff Distributors excels in.
