Pork Belly Sliders
Combining two popular trends, the "pork belly bun" and "the slider”. Our pork belly is gently braised until tender. Then we take the pork belly, rice wine pickles, minced scallions, and our signature spicy Hoisin sauce and pile it into our mini brioche bun. It's hard to eat just one!
