Shrimp in a Jacket
Tail on 31/35 shrimp marinated in Asian chili sauce with fresh scallions wrapped in a spring roll wrapper.
Ingredients: shrimp, coated with scallions, eggs. Vegetable oil: soybean oil, curry paste: garlic, dried red chilli, lemongrass, shallot, salt, galangal, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt) Kalffir lime peel, pepper. Garlic Chili Sauce: Chilli, water, sugar, garlic, salt, vinegar, yeast extract, modified tapioca starch, acetic acid, caramel coloring. Duck Sauce: water, high fructose corn syrup and or sucralose, corn starch, modified apricots (sulfited) salt, vinegar, citric acid, caramel color, 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate, FD&C yellow #5, #6, #40. Cayenne pepper, salt. Wrapper: Bleached wheat flour, water, salt, disodium phosphate, sodium bioarbonate and soybean oil.
