A blend of puréed butternut squash, onions and handcrafted chicken stock with caramelized Granny Smith apples and a pinch of nutmeg.

HOUSE ($) Chopped parsley, julienne of apples, drizzle of honey, granola, buttered croutons, toasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds, chopped walnuts, hazelnut, almonds, dried fruit. PREMIUM ($$) Semi-soft unsweetened whipped cream and a drizzle of pumpkin seed oil, caramelized apple slices, pieces of squash.
TOP SHELF ($$$) Top with skewered grilled chicken or pork, serve in a cooked scooped out small pumpkin, or pour over butternut squash filled ravioli with brown butter.
