Arepa flour pastry, similar to Kabobs’ much praised K7159 Smoked Brisket Picadillo Empanada
Excellent as-is, or serve resting on top of a cilantro-avocado cream.
From frozen best if deep fried at 350ºF for 6-8 minutes, or if baking, brush with egg wash and bake in a 350ºF convection oven for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF as measured by use of a thermometer.
