Parbaked Classic French Table Loaf. Featuring a crispy crust and a moist, porous interior, this round loaf provides a tangy hint of classic sourdough flavor. NO TRANS FATS - NO CHEMICALS - NO PRESERVATIVES

BAKING TIPS: Thaw products in their original packaging. Bake 6-10 minutes in a preheated convection or rack oven at 400°F, or until desired crust is achieved. If possible, add steam for 10 second at the beginning of baking to provide an extra shine.
